These will be found to normally follow a standard format and content, as the key purposes of the AGM do not often change much from year to year. BCoF is required constitutionally to hold such meetings, at which, such things as the election (or re-election) of representatives, any key changes in the operation of BCoF and approval of the annual accounts can be put to membership vote.

BCoF sometimes have an invited guest speaker for one item, but this is not always schedulled in.

The Steering Committee minutes here, span over ten years. This archive is currently missing a few, however, it is expected that they will be added at some later date. This covers the period when the original organisation almost folded, was rescued and recovered and BCoF became a charity.

During the period of this archive, a decision was taken, for the committee to be held at various venues, rather than just one.
