1. Welcome
2. Approval of minutes of last AGM and Matters Arising
3. Reports from the Chair and Treasurer & presentation of Audited Accounts
4. Appointment of cheque signatories
5. Setting of subscription rates, Individual and Associate
6. Nominations and elections to the Committee including co-options*
7. Proposal from Trustees to change administrative structure (see Constitution Clause 6c) to
   a) align membership fee year with financial year i.e. 1 st January -31 st December and
   b) hold meetings of Secretariat (i.e. the 5 elected Officers) separate from Committee Meetings, to attend to administration matters
8. Announcements of forthcoming events and initiatives
9. Date of 2008 AGM & committee/admin meetings

NB A Committee Meeting will be held immediately following this AGM at which the Officers will be elected.
