This year our annual pilgimage will be visiting three religious places south of the river.

The pilgimage will start at 7pm sharp..

Meeting at Bedford Hospital (South Wing) at 6:50pm, where we look forward to visiting their multifaith facilities, where an address by Dr. Husain on Islam and medicine will take place (assemble in the reception area at the main entrance). We then plan to walk to St. Johns Church 38 St John's St. Bedford, where a welcome and brief talk abouit the church and its history by the Rev. Noel Cooper will be given.( ..see 2 on our map ) The Pilgrimage will end at The Ramgarhia Gurdwara in 33-39 Ampthill St. Bedford, where a welcome and brief talk by members of the Gurdwara will be given and light refreshments provided (shoes need to be taken off and heads covered in the Gurdwara)( ..see 6 on our map )

Teachers of RE are particularly invited to join us.

Monday 19th April 04   It is suggested that you park in the streets around the Ramgarhia Gurdwara (our last stop) and to proceed on foot from there. Transport can be provided for those who have difficulties with walking - please advise us beforehand.
